Terms of Service

1. The Partner Program. The PMC Partner Program is a membership operated by P-ark Motor Company Co., Ltd. (주식회사 피아크모터컴퍼니), a corporation registered in the Republic of Korea (Business Reg. No. 550-86-03618). Membership gives access to partner services described on this site.

2. Non-exclusive relationship. Partnership is non-exclusive and confers no territorial rights, no commercial agency, no power of attorney, and no authority to enter into contracts, collect payments, or make representations on behalf of P-ark Motor Company.

3. Certificates. Partner Certificates remain the property of PMC, are valid until the expiry date printed on them, and may be revoked at any time. Certificates may not be used for commercial-agency registration in any jurisdiction.

4. Transactions. Deposit and payment terms are agreed per order before work starts. Service fees are quoted per request.

5. Termination. Either party may end the partnership at any time. PMC may suspend or remove accounts that provide false information or misuse the PMC name.

6. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

7. Language. These Terms are made in English. Translations of this website and of these Terms into other languages are provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

8. Dispute resolution. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Partner Program or these Terms shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over PMC's registered address in the Republic of Korea, as the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
